'UrbanLattice Pizzeria' set off with one vision: to introduce the true taste of Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi kin in 1985, we began as a humble family-owned eatery, cherishing recipes that have been passed down from our ancestors.
Marco Bianchi, our trailblazer, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her sojourns across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples - the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, her ambition was to rekindle the enchantment of original Italian pizza, employing classical techniques and premium ingredients.
From a cozy 12-seat joint, we've evolved into a cherished gem of the locale. Nonetheless, our dedication to excellency and the genuine remains steadfast. We continue to use age-old wood-fired ovens, freshly prepare our dough each day, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Presently, 'UrbanLattice Pizzeria' is still nurtured by our family, with the Bianchi's second generation at the helm of our eager crew. Although we've adopted new technologies, the essence of our trade remains unaltered: we're here to craft delectable, bona fide pizzas that unite folks around the table.
